Red-footed Falcon

Great to see Red-footed Falcons passing through. This female posed nicely for a couple of shots.

Met up with Itay Herling to check Re'im Reservoir. It was full of waders this morning. Dozens of Snipe - must have been a good 50+, never seen so many together before. Lots of stints, both Little and Temmincks. The Grey Plover was still in residence and the first Lapwings have arrived (3). Ditto White Wagtails. A pratincole flew made a brief appearance but I didn't get enough on it to say whether it was Collared or Black-winged. Given the time of year it was more likely to be the latter. An Osprey flew over and a couple of Marsh Harriers were patrolling the reservoir banks.
